Víctor Sakshin é músico, professor de Yoga Integral e Terapeuta Ayurvédico especializado em Astrologia Védica (jyotiṣa) e mantra-terapia.

Após concluir uma licenciatura e mestrado em Filosofia, desde 2008 dedica a sua vida à prática, estudo e ensino do Yoga, focando-se principalmente na meditação através de mantras e música extática, sabedoria perene e kundalini tantra.

Entre 2014 e 2020 viveu numa Escola residencial gurukula na Índia, totalmente dedicado à prática do dhrupad (a forma mais antiga e meditativa da música clássica indiana) sob a orientação dos seus mentores, os Gundecha Brothers.

Oferece regularmente sessões de grupo e individuais, cursos, workshops, concertos e retiros entre Espanha, Bélgica, Índia e Brasil.

Víctor Sakshin is a musician, Integral Yoga teacher and Ayurvedic Therapist specialized in Vedic Astrology (jyotiṣa) and mantra-therapy.

After completing a degree and a master’s degree in Philosophy, since 2008 he has dedicated his life to the practice, study and teaching of Yoga, focusing mainly on meditation through mantras and ecstatic music, perennial wisdom and kundalini tantra.

Between 2014 and 2020 he lived in a residential Gurukula School in India, fully dedicated to the practice of dhrupad (the oldest and most meditative form of Indian classical music) under the guidance of his mentors, the Gundecha Brothers.

He regularly offers group and individual sessions, courses, workshops, concerts and retreats between Spain, Belgium, India and Brazil.
